VIPDRIVE Shipping Policy - EU
Order processing time: 1 business day. Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange shipment within one day, excluding holidays.
Shipping time for EU customers: 3-5 business days.
Working hours: Monday-Friday.
Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday.
Free shipping.
EU member states include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
We ship our e-bikes to EU member states. If you reside elsewhere, please contact us first. Shipments to some small islands may not be available, so please get in touch if you live on an island.
If the product is in stock, the delivery date will be the same as the transit time shown on the product page.
What happens after you place an order?
You will receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please check your email regularly.
Note: Shipping/tracking information will not be immediately available. You will receive the tracking number once your products leave our warehouse.

How Shipping Works
First of all, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE FROM VIPDRIVE! Here’s how the shipping process works to keep you informed.
Once we create the shipping label, it will be sent to you. This means your package has left VIPDRIVE. In many countries, tracking will show as “In transit” immediately, but for these shipments, tracking will not be updated until the package arrives in the destination country and is received by the domestic carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, etc.). At that point, tracking will be updated with an accurate delivery date.
When your package is delivered, please sign for it yourself and do not allow the courier to leave it in an unattended location.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot change the delivery address once the package is en route.
